Who We Are

The Indian Restaurant Association of America (IRAA) is the national voice and community for Indian restaurants and food businesses across the United States. Founded in 2025, we bring together restaurant owners, chefs, food entrepreneurs, and industry partners who share a passion for promoting Indian cuisine, culture, and business success.

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Indian restaurants with resources, partnerships, and advocacy to thrive in the competitive hospitality landscape.

What We Do

Business Resources & Partnerships
We negotiate exclusive deals with leading technology providers, payment solutions, marketing platforms, and suppliers to help restaurants save costs and grow their businesses.

Industry Advocacy
We represent the interests of Indian restaurants in front of policymakers, media, and industry forums to ensure our community’s voice is heard.

Community & Networking
We foster connections among restaurant owners, chefs, and professionals through events, webinars, and online groups, creating a vibrant community for sharing knowledge and opportunities.

Training & Education
We provide learning resources and workshops on topics like digital marketing, operations, food safety, hiring, and financial management, tailored to the unique challenges of Indian restaurants in the U.S.
